Tsveta leads an organization of over 900 colleagues across sales, market access, marketing, operations, and patient services. In her previous role at Alexion, Tsveta led the global commercial strategy team including marketing, commercial excellence, new product strategy, pricing, and market access to deliver Value, Insights and Strategy (VISion). Prior, Tsveta was a Health Economics Advisor at Eli Lilly, a Health Outcomes Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, and held executive positions within Celgene, starting as an Executive Director for EMEA Pricing and Market Access, and then Vice President of Corporate Pricing and Market Access.
Tsveta received a graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Research from the University of Sydney and completed an MSc in International Health Policy at the London School of Economics. She also obtained an MSc in Pharmacy from the Medical University of Bulgaria and attained a Professional Postgraduate degree in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In 2021, Tsveta completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
